Taheebo
Scientific name: Tabebuia spp.

Medicinal value
This herb also known as Pau d' Arco has antibiotic and virus-killing properties and hence is able to give body the energy needed to defend itself and to help resist diseases. To combat cancer and leukemia and for aiding all chronic diseases this is an effective herb.

Tarragon
Scientific name: Artemisia dracunculus

Medicinal value
This herb's mild infusion is used to treat insomnia and hyperactivity. It stimulates that appetite and aids in digestion.

Habitat
This is a perennial shrub that grows to 2 feet in dry areas, full sun and in comparable climates in many places in the world.

Thyme
Scientific name: Thymus spp.

Medicinal value
This herb is a powerful antiseptic used in cases of anemia, bronchial ailments, intestinal disturbances, against tooth decay, fungal infections as in athlete's foot and skin parasites such as crabs and lice. It is good for colic, flatulence and cold.

Religious importance
It is believed that Thyme is burnt to purge and fumigate magical rooms and spaces, as well as to bring good health.

Habitat
This perennial plant prefers warm, sunny fields and grows to 15 inches.
