| Cabbage cut into small cubes |

| Broccoli florets (parboiled) |
1 cup |
| Ginger chopped |
1/2 tsp |
| Garlic chopped |
1/4 tsp |
| Celery chopped |
1 tsp |
| Pineapple cubes |
1 cup |
| Fresh pineapple juice |
1/4 cup |
| Oil |
1/2 tsp |
| Freshly ground black pepper (for
garnish) |

| Instructions: |
- Pour oil in a pan and heat
- Add ginger, garlic and celery. Stir-fry for a couple of seconds.
- Now add cabbage, broccoli, pineapple cubes and pineapple juice
- Cook over high flame until the juice dries.
- Use freshly ground black pepper to garnish
- Serve warm to have a delicious treat.
